Community Guidelines

1) Respect and Conduct

• No harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, or doxxing.
• No bullying via comments, reactions, or notifications; block/report instead of retaliating.
• Use professional, concise communication; stay on topic.

2) Task Safety and Legality

• Tasks must be lawful, safe, and non-invasive; no dangerous, violent, discriminatory, or illicit objectives.
• No tasks requiring trespass, stalking, tailing, covert surveillance, or bypassing access controls.
• Describe tasks clearly with realistic deadlines; do not require self-fulfillment or fabricated proof.
• Respect local laws, private property, signage, and law-enforcement instructions.

3) Location and Real-World Safety

• Foreground location is used for eligibility and proof-of-presence; no location spoofing or tampering with EXIF.
• Do not share someone else’s precise location; avoid revealing sensitive sites (schools, hospitals, shelters) without necessity and lawful context.
• Use caution when onsite; prioritize personal safety and disengage from risky situations.

5) Prohibited Content

Users may not upload or send:

• Illegal or harmful images
• Copyrighted photos without permission
• Nude or sexual content
• Violent or abusive content
• Photos of minors in unsafe or inappropriate contexts

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6) Privacy and Data Respect

• Do not post personal data without consent; avoid capturing interiors, documents, license plates, or faces where privacy is expected.
• Use in-app tools to report privacy issues; do not publicly expose private information.
• Follow the Privacy Policy for rights (access, delete, limit) and Do Not Sell/Share preferences; we honor GPC where received.

7) Anti-Abuse and Integrity

• No fake accounts, impersonation, or multi-account abuse.
• No scraping, rate abuse, or automated queries; no attempts to bypass geo-eligibility or quotas.
• No fraud: fabricated submissions, falsified location, receipt or entitlement tampering, or manipulating reviews/ratings.

8) Intellectual Property

• Upload only content you own or are licensed to share; request only lawful, non-infringing content.
• Report infringement to privacy@phototaskapp.com; repeat infringers may be removed.

9) Minors

• Platform is not for users under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). Do not target or endanger minors.
• Report suspected underage use or child safety issues immediately; CSAM is strictly prohibited and reported to authorities.

10) Reporting and Appeals

• Report violations in-app or via support@phototaskapp.com; include details and evidence.
• Use blocking for personal boundaries; avoid retaliation.
• Appeal moderation actions by emailing privacy@phototaskapp.com with context. Some actions (e.g., CSAM/illegal content) are not appealable.

11) Enforcement

• Actions may include warnings, content removal, task disablement, feature limits, suspension, or permanent ban.
• Severe cases may be escalated to platforms or authorities; we keep audit logs of moderator actions.

12) Updates

We may update these guidelines as the service evolves. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
